Evening Gas Bar Supervisor

Reporting to the Store Manager, the successful candidate will possess strong work ethics, superior customer service and organizational skills, keeping in mind the responsibility to maintain a safe and healthy environment for themselves, their team and our members/customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the evening hours operations of the Gas Bar and Convenience Store.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by efficiently processing transactions and addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Supervise and assist with training front-line staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Assist with the management of marketing activities including merchandising, inventory control, and coordinating ordering and receiving processes.
- Collaborate proactively with the Management team to achieve financial results and meet established budgetary goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to inspire and motivate teams;
- High levels of motivation and commitment to superior work standards;
- Advanced organizational and planning expertise;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Prior supervisory experience or involvement in the Co-operative Retailing System is considered an asset.
IMPORTANT NOTE: This position will be required to work evenings, including weekends and holidays. Candidates not available for our hours of operation need not apply.
