We will be mailing out both November and December statements at the beginning of January 2025.

If you have not yet paid your November balance, you can obtain your balance by calling our Administration Office or visiting your local branch.

During the Canada Post Strike, Pembina Co-op would like to remind customers of alternative ways to make account payments.

ONLINE PAYMENTS
Pembina Co-op accepts online payments through most financial institutions. For instructions on how to add Pembina Co-op as a payee, please contact your financial institution or our Pembina Co-op Administration Office.

IN-PERSON PAYMENTS
Payments via cheque, cash, or debit can be made at any Pembina Co-op location.

EMAILING OF STATEMENTS
