You'll play a key role in supporting local farmers by working with fertilizer and other essential materials—don’t worry, we’ll provide all the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), comprehensive safety training, and detailed work instructions to ensure your safety and confidence on the job.

Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

• Working with dry fertilizer blending;
  
• Shipping, receiving and delivery of seed, chemicals and fertilizer;
  
• Operating and General routine maintenance of heavy equipment;
  
• Inventory control;
  
• Soil sampling, snow removal, yard maintenance;
  

Candidate Qualifications:

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation;
  
• Experience working independently and an ambitious self starter;
  
• Ability to work effectively within a team;
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  

• Class 3 drivers license would be considered an asset.

NOTE: In-house safety training is provided.  During peak seasons for spring and fall fertilizer, additional hours are provided to meet the need of our farming customers.
