Hours:
Full Time

Description:

Are you someone who loves spending time outdoors and appreciates the fresh air, no matter the season? Join our team as a Facility Assistant, where every day brings something new and exciting!

You'll play a key role in supporting local farmers by working with fertilizer, NH3, and other essential materials—don’t worry, we’ll provide all the necessary personal protective equipment (PPE), comprehensive safety training, and detailed work instructions to ensure your safety and confidence on the job.

If you thrive on variety, you'll find no two days are ever quite the same—one day you might be loading trucks or stocking the warehouse, the next you could be mowing the lawn, fixing equipment, or helping out with other hands-on tasks. Manitoba’s ever-changing weather is all part of the adventure! We value hard work and dedication, especially during our busy seasons, but we also offer flexibility in the quieter months so you can recharge and prepare for the next big push.

If you’re passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a team that truly supports each other, we’d love to hear from you!
