Pembina Co-op is seeking a service-driven safety professional who can turn insight into action, build trust across teams and strengthen a culture where safety is everyone’s responsibility.  Pembina Co-op has an extensive well-established Health & Safety program and is S2SA certified.

Your Impact

• Support health and safety analysis, reporting and continuous improvement.
  
• Guide incident investigations and turn findings into effective prevention.
  
• Identify hazards and develop practical policies, procedures and programs.
  
• Support legislative compliance and maintain a strong, established safety program.
  
• Partner with Team Leaders and Team Members to deliver solutions that matter.
• Provide meaningful training opportunities that provide Team Members with resources for the workplace.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

• Have post-secondary education related to health and safety.
  
• Bring 3+ years of relevant experience.
  
• Are self-motivated, results-oriented and comfortable working with autonomy.
  
• Use sound judgment and know when complex issues need broader discussion.
  
• Lead with honesty, collaboration and respect for different perspectives.
